4.2 AI-Generated Content

The Service may generate content ("Generated Content") based on your inputs. As between you and bardz.xyz, you own the output generated for you, subject to your compliance with these Terms. You acknowledge that due to the nature of artificial intelligence, Generated Content may not be unique and the Service may generate similar or identical output for other users. bardz.xyz retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the underlying AI models, algorithms, and technology used to provide the Service.

4.3 Feedback

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide regarding the Service ("Feedback") is entirely voluntary. We may use such Feedback for any purpose without obligation of any kind. You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use and incorporate any Feedback into our Service.
